At Bluebair Jet Academy, we strive to provide high-quality digital learning experiences. Because our courses are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for a Refund

A refund request may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
• The learner has not completed more than two (2) chapters of the first purchased course.
• Any Introduction, Welcome, Orientation, or Getting Started modules are not counted toward this limit.
• No certificate has been issued for any course included in the purchase.
• The account has not been used in a way that indicates substantial consumption of the training content.

For purchases containing multiple courses, the refund eligibility is determined solely based on the progress made in the first course. Once more than two chapters of the first course (excluding any introduction module) have been completed, the entire order becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Any refund request that does not meet all the eligibility criteria described above will be considered non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Completion of more than two (2) chapters of the first course (excluding any Introduction, Welcome or Orientation module).
• Requests submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the purchase date.
• Any course for which a certificate has already been issued.
• Any situation where the eligibility requirements outlined in this Refund Policy are not fully satisfied.

Each request will be reviewed individually, and Bluebair Jet Academy reserves the right to request additional information before making a decision.
