These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bluebair Jet Academy website, the purchase of training courses, and access to the digital learning services provided through our platform.
By creating an account, purchasing a course, or accessing our training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all users accessing the Bluebair Jet Academy website or purchasing, accessing or using courses, assessments, certificates or other digital learning services provided through the platform.
Specific contractual terms may apply to corporate, institutional or B2B customers using customised, hosted or pay-per-use solutions. Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement shall prevail in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
3. Course Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that course descriptions, learning objectives, prerequisites and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
Course content may be updated where necessary to reflect regulatory developments, operational practices, technical changes or improvements to the training programme.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, enrolment in a Bluebair Jet Academy course does not constitute approval, licensing, certification or accreditation by any regulatory authority.
4. Registration and User Accounts
Certain services require the creation of a personal user account.
Users are responsible for:
-
providing accurate and complete registration information;
-
maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials;
-
ensuring that their account is used only by the registered learner; and
-
immediately informing us of any suspected unauthorised access.
Accounts and course access are personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to another person without prior written authorisation.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Before submitting an order, customers are given the opportunity to review the selected courses, prices and information entered during checkout.
An order becomes binding once it has been submitted with an obligation to pay and subsequently confirmed by Bluebair Jet Academy.
An electronic order confirmation will be sent following successful completion of the transaction.
Bluebair Jet Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel an order in cases of payment failure, technical error, suspected fraud, misuse of the platform or other legitimate reasons.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is submitted. Any applicable taxes, charges or other costs will be displayed before payment whenever required.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available on the website.
Where automatic currency conversion or localisation is offered, the final amount charged may be affected by the payment provider's exchange rate or banking fees.
7. Course Access
Access to purchased courses is provided electronically through the Bluebair Jet Academy learning platform.
The applicable access period, where limited, is specified on the relevant course page or during the purchasing process.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a suitable internet connection, compatible device and supported web browser.
We may temporarily suspend access where necessary for maintenance, security updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Assessments and Certificates
Certain courses include assessments and may provide a certificate following successful completion.
Certificates are issued only when the learner satisfies the completion and assessment criteria defined for the relevant course.
The issuance of a Bluebair Jet Academy certificate confirms completion of the applicable training requirements. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, it does not constitute a professional licence, regulatory approval, authorisation to exercise a regulated activity or certification issued by a governmental or regulatory authority.
Certificates may be generated and delivered automatically according to recorded learner results and completion criteria.
9. Intellectual Property
All courses and materials made available through Bluebair Jet Academy, including text, videos, graphics, animations, assessments, questions, documents, presentations, software and other learning resources, are protected by intellectual property law.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, purchasing a course grants the learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the course solely for training purposes.
Users may not, without prior written permission:
-
reproduce or copy course materials;
-
record or capture protected course content;
-
distribute or publish course materials;
-
share login credentials or course access;
-
modify, translate or create derivative works;
-
resell or commercially exploit any part of the training; or
-
circumvent technological or access-control measures.
All intellectual property rights remain with Bluebair Jet Academy, Bluebair Jet S.A., or the relevant rights holder.
10. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the website or learning platform in a manner that:
-
violates applicable law;
-
compromises platform security;
-
interferes with the service or other users;
-
attempts to obtain unauthorised access;
-
extracts or reproduces course content by automated means; or
-
infringes intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of serious or repeated misuse.
11. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy published on our Legal page.
Where mandatory consumer protection legislation grants a customer a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
For digital content made available immediately after purchase, any statutory withdrawal right may be affected where the customer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the consequences for the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
12. Availability and Technical Services
We take reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of our learning services.
However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting providers, telecommunications failures, cybersecurity measures or events outside our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access as soon as practicable.
13. Limitation of Liability
Bluebair Jet Academy provides educational and training services. Course materials are intended to support professional knowledge and competence but do not replace applicable laws, regulations, approved operational documentation, company procedures or the professional judgement required in a specific operational context.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bluebair Jet Academy and Bluebair Jet S.A. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website, platform or training materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
14. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Please consult the Privacy Policy published on our Legal page for information concerning the categories of personal data processed, purposes of processing, recipients, retention and your rights.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website and learning platform may use or provide access to third-party services, including payment providers, hosting providers or external technical services.
Where users interact directly with a third-party service, the applicable third party may operate under its own terms and privacy policy.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a user account where there is reasonable evidence of:
-
fraudulent activity;
-
unauthorised account sharing;
-
infringement of intellectual property rights;
-
security threats;
-
abuse of the platform; or
-
material breach of these Terms.
Termination resulting from a serious breach by the user does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in our services, applicable legislation, technical requirements or business practices.
The version applicable to a purchase is normally the version made available to the customer at the time the contract is concluded, except where a change is required by mandatory law.
The current version and its date of revision will remain available on this website.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office of Bluebair Jet S.A., subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection provisions that apply to the customer.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force to the fullest extent permitted by law.
